We Use to love this place but it’s really gone downhill the last few times we’ve been in- and today was our last time that we are gonna even try. We were there FORTY minutes and never got our drinks. They started telling every one they were out of brown sugar boba and it would be ANOTHER 20-30 minutes… I asked for a refund, which also took forever.

The place is spacious and pleasant. Besides delicious boba, you can also get tasty sweet or savory snacks. But the best thing about it is the service. Theo makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.
