Java Jo's is a solid coffee drive-thru, very conveniently located (at least for me) right on 2300 East with east access and double lanes, one in each direction. The coffee is good and the pup cups are good, but not my very most favorite. I wish they had other food options besides just baked sweet goods and oatmeal: maybe bagels or burritos? Breakfast croissants? Also, everyone is really friendly here, which is always nice.
It was surprisingly wonderful coffee. I had the ivory mocha. I would recommend less is more here. I was wired for a few hours. The two ladies in the booth were super nice and helpful.

The best coffee place you'll find on the East Side of the Salt Lake Valley. I often will drive 10 miles out of my way just to get coffee here. And it's always part of my pre-rock climbing routine up in Millcreek. They don't have any locations on the West Side of the free way, which, you know what, is just fine with me, because I'd spend all my money there if the were. The espresso quality is so much better and if you return frequently, they quickly learn your name and your order....read full review
