“I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. “I came across this place 4 months ago and it has been life changing. The owners and staff members are so kind and caring and they put so much love into their craft and products. After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

“We just did the drive thru after ordering online. The sugar cookie was great, it was perfectly soft. I had the cherry root beer and it was really good, makes me wish our little place back home had that option!

“1st time here, went through the drive thru the wrong way 🤦‍♀️, clearly needed the coffee this morning. The workers were so nice about it. I didn't know what to get, asked what their favorite iced coffee was, got a brown sugar cinnamon, white chocolate with almond milk...10/10 would recommend and I usually don't like cinnamon in my coffee. Glad I gave it a try!“

The team is always a wonderful eclectic energy and you can see and feel the local support they bring with all the merchants they help.

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“I ordered a soda, a large popcorn, and a little licious on the app for drive thru pickup. The service was quick. My soda was delicious (my favorite is a my jam). The popcorn though was terrible, almost inedible. It tasted burnt and had black speckles on a lot of it. I asked the employee and she said it was probably because the machine is old and the employees aren't allowed to clean the inside of the popper because they might break it. Get a new machine or don't sell popcorn! (Though I love getting a popcorn with my soda, so I vote new machine.) It was such a disappointment and waste of money. Soda and service: 5 stars. Popcorn: 0 stars.This was my first time at this location. I noticed they have a lobby with seating which is awesome! I will definitely be returning and hoping the popcorn machine gets cleaned thoroughly or replaced.“

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“

“Welcome TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE! I moved to the (somewhat nearby) area this past summer and my detox island green was the SINGLE MOST restaurant item I missed here. I found this restaurant just north of Petco when I made a wrong turn. My favorite anytime of day is the All American Wrap (egg, bacon, & cheese) and a detox island green with coconut subbed for the mango. The detox island green has the lowest carb count and is the PERFECT way to get your greens and love it! Welcome to the neighborhood!“
