I always order the same thing and today was the first time I was asked if I wanted raspberry syrup or puree which I appreciate the clarification so much! I felt so taken care of and the girl in the buckys hat made my day! today I had the experience I’ve ever had at a swig.“

I’ve tried several shakes as well and have never been disappointed. I will say the workers often seem out to lunch or like they don’t want to be there.“

“I always come by here to get boba, and they're not only super consistent but SO GOOD! I came back recently to try their kuy teav they just added, and I can't tell you how amazing it is. They hook you up with so much in toppings and soup, and it's at an amazing price!! Not only that but the customer service has always been amazing, especially the girl the runs everything. She is a SWEETHEART ❤️ Small detail here too but, whenever I ask for a water they make me feel loved and give me a lemon slice (: Just goes to show that they care about their customers so much, to the tiniest detail.“

“I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!“

When I headed out to my car after using the restroom, the employee flagged me down and gave a coupon for my next visit for the inconvenience. It was unexpected and very kind. I was very impressed. The bad: smelled awful, the actual tea was just okay and it took a long time for our order and we were the only ones waiting.

Again, nothing against the workers they were great, and sad to post this, but we were visiting from out of town and went out of our way to go so if you're local it's fine just nothing special.“

This is the second fiiz I’ve taken my kids too INSIDE, my favorite location has a kids korner but this one is more of a bring a friend for a drink type of atmosphere. Still like the vibe they got. Staff is nice definitely no wait at all this time.“

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“This Jamba is awesome! The drive-through is very convenient, quick and easy. Great workers and the service has improved since the past few times I’ve stopped by. It’s right off van winkle and it’s a quick grab and i can hop back on the road. Today evalyn made my day with her smile and quick service. She helped me substitute to get a dairy free smoothie but still getting my favorite smoothie. Would highly recommend this location. I will be back thanks Jamba team.“

“Absolutely amazing food and wonderful service. Both times I have been there, the waitress has been friendly, patient, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. But the food tops it all! Close to authentic flavors and great ingredients. The menu has food ingredients and descriptions in English, so don't be afraid to try something new.“

“I ordered a soda, a large popcorn, and a little licious on the app for drive thru pickup. The service was quick. My soda was delicious (my favorite is a my jam). The popcorn though was terrible, almost inedible. It tasted burnt and had black speckles on a lot of it. I asked the employee and she said it was probably because the machine is old and the employees aren't allowed to clean the inside of the popper because they might break it. Get a new machine or don't sell popcorn! (Though I love getting a popcorn with my soda, so I vote new machine.) It was such a disappointment and waste of money. Soda and service: 5 stars. Popcorn: 0 stars.This was my first time at this location. I noticed they have a lobby with seating which is awesome! I will definitely be returning and hoping the popcorn machine gets cleaned thoroughly or replaced.“

“We have been wanting to try this place and we are glad we did. Very good food. So many choices. We got the BBQ Smoke show and the AHH….Greek Out! With it being so hot we opted for delivery which was very prompt. We will be doing this again!“

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“
