The new lids make drinking frozen drinks impossible to drink. Baristas have been instructed to only give straws of you ask for them. I've spilt my drink due to the new lids many times(currently cleaning my car). I understand giving this lid for some drinks, but frozen drinks are impractical and it just makes the experience much worse.
