Kasey, who took my order tonight, DEFINITELY deserves a raise. While my fiancé and I were waiting 20+ minutes for our orders, we could see him physically and mentally exhausted but still pushing through. Later we found he was short staffed and had a sprained back. You could tell he was overwhelmed, but he still made sure to get everything done, and get it RIGHT. The new manager Cheli is truly exceptional, displaying a wonderful combination of professionalism and friendliness. I had the pleasure of experiencing her excellent service when I picked up my pizza around 10:15 PM.
