“Giving them all 5 stars due to the employee who closed on 12/11/24 all by himself with the best attitude and service while having 20 people in line. He took ownership of their lack of staff situation and pushed through this rush without making anyone feel unwelcome while giving incredible service and eye contact. He definitely deserves a raise.“

“Delicious vegetarian GF (California?) burger with garlic aioli sauce, avocado, vegetarian bacon. I'm not a vegetarian, but stopped by since my daughter can't do either dairy or gluten and so happy we did. This was fabulous!! I've already recommended it to several friends. My daughter had the death by chocolate (super rich indulgence she rarely gets, both GF & DF!) Unfortunately they don't have a dedicated GF fryer for her French fry craving. I'd definitely come again to try more of their menu and I live 300 miles away.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. Anywhere else I would expect am extra charge and mediocre service, this place was notably peasant but not over the top.“

“We had an unusual birthday cake request for my 7 year olds birthday today. Being new to the area, I wandered in seeing the store to ask about ordering a cake. I’ve never heard of them or experienced them before. They did an amazing job!! This was better than I even expected. The staff was SO kind. I will definitely be coming back for my future birthday cake needs as well as any other bakery and lunch items.“

“I was having a horrible day and was considering eating at 31 flavors and something in my spirit told me to eat at cold stone. I walked in out of the blistering cold and immediately smelled the beautiful scent of cold stone ice cream. I walked up to the counter and asked for a free sample and this ray of sunshine Haley (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) walked up and said “what can I get you” I felt this heart of stone break and start shining with luv and said “nah I’m good” and then left.
