He took ownership of their lack of staff situation and pushed through this rush without making anyone feel unwelcome while giving incredible service and eye contact. He definitely deserves a raise.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. I will definitely be returning“

“This place is great in so many ways but I want to highlight the fact that you can get multiple flavors at no extra charge and they put a nice touch on my driving by adding a cherry on top. Anywhere else I would expect am extra charge and mediocre service, this place was notably peasant but not over the top.“

“Had my daughters custom birthday cake made here and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady brought out this beautiful cake to the front counter. They did a way better job than the inspo picture that I sent them on Instagram (Which on Instagram, they were very quick to respond and communicate with and made ordering and pick-up very easy). My daughters birthday theme was "If you give a mouse a cookie" and they added the cookie crumbs and chocolate chips, which was such a cute and creative idea! My daughter absolutely loved it, and the cake was beyond delicious and not to mention huge! All of my guests really enjoyed the cake as well, and asked where I got it. I would recommend this place to anyone, very nice and professional people and this cake was well worth every penny. We definitely will be coming back. “We had an unusual birthday cake request for my 7 year olds birthday today. Being new to the area, I wandered in seeing the store to ask about ordering a cake. I’ve never heard of them or experienced them before. They did an amazing job!! This was better than I even expected. The staff was SO kind. I will definitely be coming back for my future birthday cake needs as well as any other bakery and lunch items.“

“The new Coffee House ice cream flavours are amazing! My wife got the cinnamon roll while I got the coffee one. The sweet with the coffee flavor paired wonderfully when we shared! I do wish mine could have been mixed a bit more and it seemed lacking with the quantity of add ins but flavor was hard to complain about.
Store was pretty dirty when we came in late so trying to give benefit of the doubt that it would be cleaned after closing. Overall good experience and some of the best ice creams we've had at Cold Stone.“
