“I received the wrong order, but since my break was almost over, I decided to eat it anyway and didn’t have time to go back. Later, the manager personally called to apologize and even offered to drive to my workplace to bring me the correct order. I declined, so he gave me a full refund and offered a free order for next time. I’ve never had a manager handle a situation so professionally. Amazing customer service—definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location!“

“I recently used Jimmy John's in Draper for a catering order. IAN took my call and was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I didn't know exactly what to choose or what to expect, I'd never catered before to such a large group.

Not only was Ian polite and friendly on the phone, he was personable and gracious when I arrived in the store to complete the order in person (yes, I'm that girl...sometimes I need a little help)

I told Ian this was my first time catering for a large group and I really needed things to go well. He listened carefully, suggested I add two veggie options (which was AWESOME because one of the executives was a vegetarian and would typically bring his own food for any lunch and learns - not today sir, not today Ian helped me save the day...SCORE!!)

After already going above and beyond, Ian put a handwritten note in my lunch bag - You got this :). Seriously? How incredibly kind. All I could think about was WOW and how is this guy not famous for being this great!! So, here's the first step.... Five Stars on Google.

I came back a couple days later to pick up the order, it was ready to go and packed for transport. If there's an easy button for group lunches, this is it. Highly recommend.

Jimmy John's - if you're reading this - and I'm sure you are, Ian truly deserves recognition for going out of his way to not only complete the order but to be a ray of sunshine in someone's day. He deserves a note in HIS lunch....and more.“
