“My first Cafe Rio visit was in San Clemente CA. It was amazing. But I quickly learned that there is not the same consistency at all locations. Draper’s focus is on volume not quality. The drive through does more biz than most stand alone locations. Food and service is okay. Today’s visit my food was cold and watery. I miss the killer food from SC.“
