Got my food fairly fast but the annoying part is you have to order on the screen, and they don’t give you a receipt when you’re done. My friend ordered his food and didn’t get it until forever. He asked them where his food was and they can’t track it because once again there is no receipt. He ended up having to order again. Complete frustration and we ended up being late to work. Over all mid experience.
I forgot to snag the managers name, but her customer service is absolutely AMAZING! She is so kind and goes the extra mile to provide top notch service. Her and her entire team are great! :)
