Came in this afternoon and ordered a regular pretzel bite and pretzel dog. we were told it would be 5 minutes. cool! in actuality it took 20+ minutes and we actually left without our food or a refund. there obviously was a communication breakdown, nobody got hotdogs out of fridge. and they didn't realize for 20 minutes while we waited. then they had to boil the hot dog, then we had to wait for space in the oven. at this point I should have been offered my money back, but nobody...read full review

There pretzels were amazing, there customer service was not. They had a two for 5.00 special they offered but we only bought one. After our kids ate the entire pretzel we went back to see if we could still get the second at the discounted price and they refused because It wasn't at the time of the original purchase. We came back two minutes later!! We will likely not be back.

Food was good. Maddie rang us up today, she was very rude and acted like we inconvenienced her by coming in. We won't be back unless she is gone.
