The people who work here are nice but this is the slowest location ever. It takes 20+ minutes whether you’re in the drive-thru or go inside because there’s only ever 1-2 people working. They need to hire more people!
When I arrived at DQ in Ridleys today it was busy but Andrew a young man was working the front desk cooking and maintaining a clean work area was doing amazing work while under immense pressure from the rush. Yes it took a little while to get my order but he was taking very good care of us customers while steadily working. Id strongly recommend Andrew to be reviewed for a raise or better paying possession. He clearly has the good work ethic and I hope he's being compensated generously!!!
