Biggest joke?
Asked for ketchup with my nuggets tonight. There was an extra nuggets box in my bag; I thought they gave us extra. Got home, ketchup all over items in bag, open extra box and it’s filled with ketchup!!! A box filled with ketchup?!?!
All you ever say is “Pull Forward” and then your customers are either left waiting for 20+ mins or forgotten completely. I have no idea why you guys can’t get it together at this location. I get you need to fudge your drive-thru timer numbers but this is out of control.
