With hardly any notice, they stayed late to print a custom photo and came in early to make sure the cake was done on time. Went we went to pick it up, they gave it to us for free. These are the kind of people you want to support with your business! Ignore those who complain about long lines or tidiness, and recognize the hearts of the people who are serving us. “Ice cream is really good. Lots of options available. Limited vegan options. We've got an ice cream here many times and the ice cream always is a big hit. However, there's sometimes is a vegan option and sometimes not, and it's not clear why. So go with our friends who are vegan it's hit and miss whether or not they can enjoy it too.“

“It pains me to give a 4-star review because Zeppes is one of my favorite treats… but the service here feels really inconsistent.

We came on a Friday night and the employees were great — super friendly and even offered us a water cup. The very next day we brought friends back, and the experience was totally different. The attitude felt off, and we were told there’s “no such thing as a water cup,” but we could buy a bottled water (and they only had one left). It made for a pretty awkward interaction.

The Zeppes in Saint George and Springville both offer free water cups, so the inconsistency was confusing. Still love Zeppes — just hoping for a more consistent experience next time (and water with my sweet treat would be GREAT). 👍🏻“

“Fro Yo in Saratoga Springs is the best! I love the variety of flavors and toppings. I also love that every time you go you can mix it up but getting different flavors and toppings each time I go. It is such a fun place to go to with friends. You can sit down and chat for hours. I love how late they are open as well! The workers are so friendly and helpful! Fro Yo in Saratoga Springs will forever be one of my favorites!“

“Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.

She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.

She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.“
