“Ice cream is really good. Lots of options available. Limited vegan options. We've got an ice cream here many times and the ice cream always is a big hit. However, there's sometimes is a vegan option and sometimes not, and it's not clear why. So go with our friends who are vegan it's hit and miss whether or not they can enjoy it too.“

“This place was great. A bit cheaper than some places, didn't even beg for a tip at checkout (wasn't even an option to), and flavors and toppings were great. Only minor thing is no calorie amount listed per flavor, that should be included.“

“We always enjoy a visit to Hokulia. Been going since they first opened up in Provo across from BYU. Used to get shave ice in Utah while visiting as a kid. Then it seemingly disappeared and you could only get imitations! So when Hokulia came around, it was a great thing. Love it with the ice cream. Here's our latest trip!“

“AMAZING SERVICE FROM THE WORKER NAMED GINGER!!! SHE ALWAYS GETS US THE YUMMIEST COOKIES. IVE NEVER HAD BETTER COOKIES THEN THE ANY OTHER COOKIE EVER. EVERY TIME I HAVE A COOKIE AND ITS MADE BY GINGER MY TASTEBUDS EXPLODE AND MY BELLY RUMBLES IN JOY. I FEEL SO GOOD AND HAPPY INSIDE AND JUST WANT TO START DANCING. “Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.
She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.
She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.“

“WE HAVE THE BEST FOOD AND SHAKES ON FREAKING PLANET EARTH AT OUR REXBURG LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS TOTALLY BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
