“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“This is seriously our new favorite place to visit for a snack! Our favorite was for sure the angel cup and the strawberries with cream! The sweet cream is the best we have ever had here in Utah, the ice cream is also really good as well as the popsicles, we also tried Tostitos with cheese and they were really good, my least favorite item was the mangonada because I was expecting like a mango ice cream with chamoy and it was just mango with chamoy, so I really hope you can improve that! “We've not been to Handle's in a while it seems. Wife and I went in, and was greeted by Sage. She was welcoming, and let us try many flavors before we decided on what to get. We ordered a HFS, and Sage grinned real big and told us she hasn't made one before. That was funny. She did great. We will be back 100%, with or without Sage behind the counter.“

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Orem is a great stop! They are offering lots of new flavors to choose from which made it hard to decide. I ended up trying the Jolly Rancher Watermelon flavor, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. With plenty of topping options and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a fun place to satisfy your sweet tooth.“

“We give Eleanor's 4.5 stars. We got the cacao, raspberry and the salted caramel.

The salted caramel was very flavorful and would give it 5+ stars. It was so full of flavor, it was hard to believe it was dairy free! It tasted like frozen custard! The other two flavors were okay, but were not quite as flavorful.

I assume the coconut cream and habanero would both also be flavorful since they are scooped like the salted caramel.

The cacao and raspberry were similar in presentation to rolled ice cream, rather than scooped. 4 stars for these. I would think they would scrape the more flavorful ice cream since you can only eat a small amount at a time, so you could taste it even better, but maybe the texture of the scooped flavors would not work in the scraper machine.

Another reviewer talked about them only having three flavors late on a Saturday evening. We went late on a Saturday and they still had all the flavors available, so maybe the reviewer had the same misunderstanding as we had:

The cashier was sweet and helpful, but I initially misunderstood her when she said they only had coconut cream, habanero and salted caramel. I thought those were the only flavors they had, but those were actually the only flavors we could taste test because they were scooped. We couldn't test the other flavors because they are scraped.

I would recommend painting a lighter color on the walls. The store looked closed in the evening when it still had an hour until closing. We almost didn't go in.

Despite the small changes I would make, it was a great experience! If I didn't live so far away, I would return more often.“

I recommend the Maui Mango and Bubblegum flavors. They are absolutely delicious, and the bubblegum in particular was very creamy.

I do not recommend pineapple, because it tastes more acidic than I would prefer for ice cream. But that's just my opinion.

I was not able to try the shaved ice, and my recommendations only apply to the 3 ice cream flavors I tried. While 2 out of 3 flavors were great and one fell short, I still give this establishment 5/5 stars for convenience, variety, and location.

“Shaved ice is a tough one for me, had a craving and went! Curious if all of their syrups are hfcs based or sugar. Could be really helpful to know as one is super sweet compared to the other. Maybe offering natural flavorings without food-dyes could appeal to the crowd that may want something a little healthier and not as sweet. Will definitely ask for better recommendations next time!

Vegetarian options: I mean it's ice and syrup and milk. Totally vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Pretty diet friendly unless you have diabetes! Or corn allergies I'd be wary.“

“I had the best experience at any Coldstone that I've been to yesterday morning. We had done a family 5k that morning, and it was HOT. On the way home, I told my girls we were going to go to Coldstone to get some ice cream. We got to the store at 10:55, and it looked like they were opening the doors a few minutes early. We asked if we could come in, and they said absolutely.

The lady who assisted us was super nice, offered my little kids to try any ice cream flavor they wanted, and suggested the Chocolate Truffle for me to try (which I loved). She even attempted to upsell a cone cup, but did so when my kids were not paying attention so as not to cause them to whine when I declined. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!! I hate it when a store tries to weaponize my kids to get me to buy things, so the fact that she upsold but respectfully made me very happy!!

A gentleman came and helped and asked about our day and was generally very friendly. I assume he was the manager. When I told him we had come in due to a birthday coupon, he was kind and gracious about wishing me a happy birthday and asking about my day. As we were eating our ice cream, the lady then asked me if we would like any cups for water (she could probably see we were parched), and it was super nice that she gave us enough cups for all of our kids as well.
