“Always a pleasure working with Scuba Snak and their technicians. The water level in my pool was decreasing rather quickly and when I reached out to Mike he was able to have a tech come out the next day. I wasn’t going to be home during the time of service but the tech was able to do everything as needed. Leaks were fixed and recommendations provided!“

“You order pick up on the iPad, and they call you know when it’s ready. Never was talked to or greeted outside of my name being called to pick up the order I placed.
I do appreciate that they show you the cookies you’re getting before closing the box to make sure everything looks good.

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“This is a pretty nice place. The Barn offers some unique items. Plus, they have a good selection of ice cream. My only complaint is the size of their facility. It's just too darn small. Oh...and they don't offer any indoor seating. Yet, overall, it's a fun place to visit.“

“I crave their banana sundaes! I love that they are interchangeable with different toppings or Ice cream flavors. The icecream is good and the staff is *usually* friendly. However, last time (this past saturday) the girl that was working at the window looked miserable and bored. I had asked for a cookie dough ice cream instead of the chocolate scoop, and a marshmallow syrup instead of pineapple. I was given the chocolate ice cream anyway. While the pineapple was left off, there was no marshmallow in its place. She shut the window real fast after handing the icecream to me, cutting me off from asking about the obvious chocolate scoop. Not a great experience. Even my husband commented on her rudeness. It just wasn't worth trying to get her attention again if she was going to be that way. I ate around it and threw the chocolate scoop out.“

“I love Menchies, especially the tart with strawberries and raspberries. But of course I must try some other flavors each time -just in case. The tart at this location on this particular night was a little more soft and melty than I’m used to. Probably just an off night for the machine. I’ll come back but based on this one experience I’d rather go to the one in Draper where I have been many times and is always firm. Will that stop me from coming back here if I’m in the area though? No way. Menchies is delicious and I love it. I’ll give one thing to them at their place though - tons of seating at this location! Good thing too. I came during a random rush which was wild.“

“Of all boba places in Utah County, this one's the best. I'm so sad that I've moved away now but getting the brown sugar milk tea hot was what got me through every winter semester. It's in a great location being in the heart of Downtown Provo so there's lots of fun activities around. It also has a very cute interior and a super chill atmosphere.“

“Me and my fiancé went for a treat and I was very impressed with the energy of the crew serving up the creams. They were notably focused with their work and attentive to each eager sweet toothed patron, making the long line go by oh so quickly. The young man mixing my order of chocolate, pecans and heath bars took great care in crafting my treat even going as far as skillfully flipping it into the air and catching it into the cup. It was a top tier ice cream date experience.“

“To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. The Ape cart was absolutely darling.
Everyone raved about each flavor.
As wonderful as everything looked and tasted, Pinguino’s service was the best part.
Teresa was delightful and made coordination seamless.
At our reception, Teresa was clearing tables, making lemonade and refilling our drink stations just to be kind. That had nothing to do with Pinguino’s.
The servers were so kind and helpful. They found me and personally brought me a gelato flavor of my choice just to make sure I got to enjoy the gelato like everyone else.
I highly recommend Pinguino’s for any wedding or event.

“I’m not a huge fruit/banana person but their frozen treat was surprisingly delicious! The Belgian milk chocolate was so rich and complementary to the banana. And they loaded on yummy toppings. When you have cravings for ice cream consider giving this place a go!“
