We also love the Mongolian Beef but we change out the green onions for green beans. Too die for! And of course the lettuce wraps never disappoint! “If you’re looking for something a little different than your typical burrito place, give Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Orem a try. They have a great selection of Signature Creations, or you can build your own exactly how you want it.

I went with one of the Signature Creations, the Crispy Chicken Bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla, and it was amazing. Great flavor, crispy on the outside, packed with flavor and some heat. My wife decided to create her own and ordered a grilled chicken Chiwawa. If you’re wondering what a Chiwawa is, it’s Bubbakoo’s signature Mexican fusion item, a deep fried, panko crusted cheesy rice ball that is smashed, topped with cheese and your choice of protein. I had to try a few bites of hers, and it was incredible.

We finished the meal with the Chocohaze empanada for dessert, and it did not disappoint. The crust was light and fluffy, and the flavor was sweet and divine.

“The food and presentation were amazing. I had the lobster ravioli and would definitely recommend it if you enjoy lobster. I asked if they could switch the sauce, but they declined, which I understand. The dish comes with a brandy cream sauce, and I was curious to try it with their regular cream sauce instead. I respect them sticking to their recipes, and honestly, the brandy cream sauce that comes with it is excellent.

He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! “I was on-campus today doing a photo shoot for an old friend and classmate from BYU and for old times sake, we grabbed a bite at the Cougareat. This place has improved by 500% since the last time I stopped in for a meal...which was in 1996, the year I graduated. It’s great to see all of the franchise offerings along with BYU food services options. I’m not a fast food patron on the outside so I skipped it here also and went straight for a salad but if I was still a student at BYU, I would be stoked to have some comfort food available w/o leaving campus. Nicely done BYU! PS: The plethora of soda offerings with caffeine is the cherry on top. 😁👍🏻“
