“There was a guy that used to work here and he was super funny and really put a lot of love and care into the food he would make. Sometimes I would walk into Panera and catch him in the middle of prepping cheese and he just had the biggest smile on his face. He was cheesin while he cut the cheese. He always welcomed me when I would come in and made it a welcoming environment. I don't see him working here anymore, so I wonder if he works somewhere else. But I just wanted to say that I appreciated seeing him every time I would come in and hope he is doing well. He would wear a Korean name tag that said 노아. I don't know what that means but whoever that guy was, I thank him.“

I grabbed an iced mocha and a breakfast burrito before heading out, and both were way better than I expected. The coffee was smooth, had a strong espresso flavor without being bitter, and wasn’t overloaded with syrup. The burrito came out hot and actually tasted fresh, which was a nice surprise. The staff was super chill, got my order out fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The shop had a relaxed, laid-back vibe that made me want to hang around a little longer instead of rushing out. Prices were fair, especially for the quality, and everything felt like it was made with care. Definitely one of those local coffee spots I’ll be pulling up to again whenever I need a solid cup of coffee.“

Our family ordered Pho, Salted Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Coconut Water w/ basil seeds. The Pho was one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was rich in beefy flavor. Perfect portion as well. The Salted Viet Coffee was to die for and the Coconut Water was very refreshing! I highly recommend stopping by and giving Cafe Trang a try if you want authentic Vietnamese food.
