“I originally left a 1 star review. I was very disappointed to show up to Einstein Bagels and be told there was no bagels with no explanation. I was contacted by their Corporate Level person who then had the Area Manager contact me and explained that the oven was broken and that the manager had been shuffling bagels back and forth between the Saratoga Springs store to the Pleasant Grove location. Had I been told this, I would have left a little disappointed but would have understood that it was something outside of their control. I changed to a 5 star because I appreciated that they reached out personally and I genuinely enjoy Einstein Bagles and have for a very long time and was really pleased when they opened the location in Pleasant Grove. My other visits have been great and the store has a pleasant vibe and the employees are usually pleasant.“

“Jersey Mike’s is a really good sandwich shop. The fact that they’re open on Sundays in Utah was especially helpful. The food is always fresh, and the customer service has always been great. If you’re looking for a solid deli sandwich in Orem, I’d definitely recommend Jersey Mike’s. It may not be the most unique sandwich shop around, but they do what they’re known for really well. And the fact that they also have gluten and dairy free options keeps them higher up on my list.“

“First of all, this place does not really have good gluten free options. The only think marked as gluten free is the panini, but you’re warned that there is a high possibility of cross contamination.

But since we were in the area I figured I’d take the family. We all not only loved our food but the service was outstanding. “I absolutely love Handel’s ice cream. I don’t really eat ice cream but every time I come into town, I choose to have ice cream from here. It’s always delicious and smooth and creamy. I grabbed an iced mocha and a breakfast burrito before heading out, and both were way better than I expected. The coffee was smooth, had a strong espresso flavor without being bitter, and wasn’t overloaded with syrup. The burrito came out hot and actually tasted fresh, which was a nice surprise. The staff was super chill, got my order out fast, and made the whole experience feel welcoming.
