“We get dinner at Domino's a lot and it's always great! We really like the breads and salad too. Staff is always fast and friendly. I don't recall them ever getting my order wrong. There is another pizza place closer that we never go to anymore because we have been disappointed with the quality and service every time. It's quite sad.“

“We placed an order with our local Papa John’s and were told several times that our pizza was “in the oven” and would be ready in about 10 more minutes. After waiting around 30 minutes, we overheard that our order had actually been delivered to another house by mistake. They said they would remake it, but another 45 minutes went by — and two hours after ordering, we still didn’t have our food.

Eventually, the manager came over and asked why we were still waiting when all orders had supposedly been completed. I explained the situation and how frustrating it was to be repeatedly told it was almost done when it clearly wasn’t. He immediately apologized, refunded our order, made us larger pizzas free of charge, and even threw in a few extras to make up for the mistake.

While the experience itself was incredibly frustrating and took up my entire night, I do appreciate that the manager took responsibility and did what he could to make things right. What started as a one-star experience ended up as a three-star thanks to his effort.“
