I’m not one to do reviews but I had the best service I ever had with an employee named Matthew at 9:49am this Thursday 7/24/25 and he made my day happy :-) breakfast is not served but he recommended something very good and I’m blown away by his kindness and smile. give this Matthew a high five and a raise Thank you Arbys!!

The food is usually just the way you order. Occasionally, I've had cold fries or an item was missing, but they fix the issue promptly.

The staff is super nice. At any minor inconvenience, they go out of their way to fix the issue. I came in for some shakes and buffalo sliders. When they couldn't give me the sliders because they were out of one of the ingredients, they asked me if I wanted anything else, and when I said no, they gave me a discount on the shakes.
