Just stopped by this place and ordered their King’s Mesa pizza…..It was incredible!! Their service was great!!! Ordered dessert to go..looking forward to it later tonight.

We enjoyed our 5 star dinner. The sandwiches were wonderful. There is a patio where you can sit outside. Our group of 8 adults had to wait a bit because the place was really crowded. We were assigned a very nice table inside the restaurant. Great place, nice people and excellent food. We certainly return.

Stopped here on a road trip back in 2018 and had a pizza. I still think of that pizza sometimes years later. Great spot, highly recommended.

This place is awesome, so many options on what you might need for your hiking or backpacking trips. My wife and I stopped there and talked to Bob who was eager to help us out anyway he could! It was absolutely an amazing experience and service was well above par. Also I was able to get the exact backpack I've been wanting for a long time (osprey) but came in the coolest design I've seen

Cute shop- but about one minute after finishing our food and drinks the gal running the cafe asked me to move to a smaller table as 2 of our group left. No issue, but then asked us to head to a cafe shop since I was using my computer to research our next stop. There was a large who had been sitting there longer than us & finished and it hadn’t been more than five minutes and she only came to talk to me (I suspect because of the laptop). Maybe she’s had problems with remote workers in the past posting up but it was a Sunday and we were in no way staying long. We are excited this meant we tried the shop across the street (Utah canyon outdoors). They were super nice, made a better latte and allowed me to finish finding our route to our next spot. Very excited to have this new coffee shop as our go to spot in escalante!

We stopped here passing through for a late lunch and very pleasantly surprised. Sandwiches were delicious and the side salad was very fresh. Fast and friendly service as well.

This is a review of the restaurant. Outstanding salads with super fresh mixed greens and interesting flavor combinations. Pizza are thin crust of chewy sourdough crust and unique flavor combinations. I’d be happy with this food in any goody city. For rural Utah, this place is over the top.
The gluten-free pizza crust is awesome and the lemon blueberry cake are absolutely deliciously scrumptious.

I’ve been coming here for 6.5 years straight. Whenever I am in town, it’s finished when I’ve ate, drank, and lived merry at outfitters. Not to forget, almost every item on their menu goes into my belly. The PIZZA, the pizza, the coffee, the deserts, the draft beer, the SERVICE. This place is my home away from home. I tell everyone who’s found this lil’ slice of desert if they’re going to visit they’re going to visit outfitters. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being Escalante Outfitters (picture is my large pizza leftovers I had to have. And of course, carrot cake).
