This place was an incredible find. It's located west of Escalante, UT, but it's off the main road (UT-12) and there's no sign visible from the road; you have to go maybe a half-mile down some dirt roads. It's located at the Slot Canyon Inn, which does have a visible sign. It has maybe 8-12 tables, all outdoors. Both the food and the service were impeccable. First rate.
