Visited 9/15/2025 while passing through. Stopped for fuel and noticed Subway. The person who assisted me created my sandwich exactly as requested. Pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed talking with her about Frazil, which is sold at this location. I would gladly stop here again. Thank you for making this visit a positive part of my adventure!
It was too early to eat lunch, and we were going to the slot canyons down south, so we picked up sandwiches here (with the sauces in little containers), kept them in a cooler, and ate them two hours later at the trailhead. They lasted very well, and we'd definitely do it again from here. Also, it's great that they're open so early.
Quick summary: the excellent sandwich and service you expect from a subway. Subway is our go-to takeaway when we are on the road. Since they open early, they are perfect for picking up a sandwich for lunch later on while touring the canyons in the area. Our go-to if often "the meat", with Italian meats, provolone, and an assortment of good veggies ($11 for a foot long.) My husband and I ask them to but it in threes - I get 1/3, and he gets 2/3, which works well for us....
