The kid that took our order was very friendly, he made sure he got the order correct (wasn't afraid to ask if he didn't hear & made sure we knew the options) and when our order was ready he saw my hands were full so he grabbed me a plastic bag to put the food in and a cup holder so my daughter could carry the cups without any trouble. My favorite thing about carls jr is being able to order lunch items early in the morning. As someone who works 3rd shift and doesn't want breakfast food when I get off, it's nice to have 1 spot that sells hamburgers at 7 in the morning.
Very kind manager served me and ensured my food was right and really made me feel grateful to have eaten here. Made sure I had power for my cell phone in the dining room.
