This is a very popular lunch/dinner spot for those traveling between Salt Lake City and St. George or Las Vegas. Expect it to be busy but the food is just as good as any other Costa Vida location.
Love me some Costa vida. I was sad that we couldn’t have shrimp. There was all kinds of posters saying try the new protein available. Food was good, environment is hot. No AC running. Service wasn’t bad but the food being made was messy. He grabbed chicken and it got sauce all over other items and fell in the mild sauce. It was never removed haha.
