First time eating at the Grantsville Restaurant. Order combos and was not given the fries. No big deal. When i went to the counter to ask for my frys with my reciept i witnessed what appeared to be the manager completely belittling a frustrated customer that had the same problem that i did. The manager in no way attempted to de-escalate the situation but instead comtinued to talk to what appeared to be a veteran like he was his child in front of other customers like myself. We stopped here on our way home from visiting the salt flats. My kids were hungry and we were unfamiliar with the area so we took a chance on this place. We were pleasantly surprised when we showed up and it seems to be somehow related to a chain we like (Apollo) and the food was delicious.
