I have never had an issue until tonight. Had to tell the drive thru person 3 times I wanted a kids meal with a bean and cheese burrito and an order of carne asada fries. Got home and had two kids meals. Cost $28 and didn’t get the correct order 🤦🏻♀️
They have forgot my bottle come 3 different times and refused to replace it.
This is the third time this has happened and they’ve gotten our order wrong. We tell them we want, the confirm the order with us and we get home and the order is wrong… I don’t understand how it’s so hard to get a simple order such as “a bacon breakfast burrito” correct especially when they’re not busy…
I really hope they figure it out and figure out how to get orders correct.
