Good food, good service, but the prices are insane. Place is old and outdated.

I wanted something different from my typical Mexican restaurant order. No tacos or burritos today.
I ordered the pina loca. Which is a pineapple cut in half in grilled then stuffed with steak, chicken, red and green bell peppers and onions. Topped with queso and crema. And I also ordered the chicken molé plate to go.
From a presentation stand point, the Pina loca looked ok. But it didn't taste very good. The beef and chicken were both tender. But the chicken was flavorless. And there was very little, if any additional seasonings added to this dish. It probably would have tasted better with adobada pork. The beans were average at best, and the rice tasted good. But they put melted cheese on top of the rice, which makes no sense to me.
The chicken molé was slightly spicy, but it also carried a slight sweetness to it. My first thought was they used semi sweet chocolate making this molé. The chicken was tender tho.
Chips and salsa were ok.
The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. However this establishment does not serve alcohol. My waiter allowed me to go next door to the gas station, and buy some beer to drink with my meal.

The Food was timely, tasty and very authentic. I did the chicken mole enchiladas and my wife the Chimichanga. Lunch time middle afternoon was slow. The place was clean. Prices seemed a high, especially for dinner, but food was fast enough to let the Tesla charge and be on our way.

The food was absolutely terrible. They charged me 70$ for microwaved food. None of my order was cooked fresh. Absolutely worse Mexican restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Terrible!

Truly authentic Mexican taste! A jewel in a remote location. We enjoyed the kind service of the server and the generous portions of Enchiladas Suizas and the Steak burrito with rice and beans. Everything was so delicious!
