We travel this part of I-70 often in the spring and this is our go-to spot on the road. It's delicious, fast, and friendly. The torta is exceptionally good. Unrelated to the food: they also have clean bathrooms. And there's a park on the adjacent corner.

I stopped in Green River hoping to find a Del Taco or Taco Time. I'm so glad they don't have one. This place caught my eye so I stopped. I got the Chorizo Quesadilla and it was phenomenal. I'll have to make this place a stop every time I'm in the area.

Eager to explore their offerings, I ordered every single taco to thoroughly assess their meat options. To start, the horchatas were a delicious treat, perfectly balanced in sweetness with a hint of cinnamon. My standout favorite was the tripa, especially when requested crispy. Its resemblance taste and texture to calamari added a unique twist to traditional taco flavors. The Al Pastor tacos also impressed with their savory taste and satisfying texture. However, I must caution against the other meat options. Unfortunately, they fell short in flavor and seasoning, lacking the depth and saltiness expected in quality tacos. Among them, the chicken stood out as particularly disappointing.

I live in La Sal, Utah, but I grew up in SE AZ. I left there in 1970. I know good Mexican food. Your chili rellenos are the best I have eaten since I left AZ. We will stop here every time we go through Green River and get a meal from now on. 5 Star rating!!!

We had smothered barbacoa burritos. My husband put it in his top 2 burritos in years. Daughter loved her cheese quesadilla. Horchata was tasty too. Quirky cool little spot.
Burrito was massive, lots of meat and a good balance of ingredients. 4 or 5 different sauce options from mild to decent heat. This will be a must stop from now on for me.

Stopped in on the way through town. Service was fast and friendly. I got the tacos de carnitas. The lime, onions and cilantro were fresh. But the meat had absolutely no flavor to me, and seemed a bit dry..so a bit of a let down since this place had such good reviews. Maybe some of their other meats are better.. the salsa bar was good tried all three sauces, helped flavor the taco!
