Tamarisk Restaurant offers delicious meals like Navajo Taco Chicken Salad, Navajo bread, hamburger, Pancakes, T-roll, bacon, eggs, Southwest Navajo Flatbread, street tacos, and cinnamon rolls. The steak was flavorful but needed trimming. Guests enjoyed the atmosphere, excellent service, and a nice view of the Green River. Ample parking for RVs and motorhomes is available. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, and they never received anything they did not enjoy. The portions were large, yet affordable. There was also a cute gift shop area. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone and delicious. They offer a large variety of sides. The Navajo fry bread was loved by all. The bacon was done just right and the breakfast burrito was HUGE. This restaurant is truly awesome.
