“A huge shout out to Arby's in Heber. I stopped with my boys and and after ordering I realized I had left my debit card home. I asked if they took a check and they don't. I asked the order taker to just cancel the order and the manager came up behind her and said she would cover it. She trapped a couple keys and said we are square. What a blessing. Thank you! I'll stop here every time we come thru from now on...with $$$ :D“

“Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food BUT it was a surprise the great service I received. He was a younger guy and was very polite and nice. I have found you usually don’t get great service anymore especially with younger people but it caught me guard enough I went through the drive up to get his name. Thank la Evan for the positive attitude:)“

“The staff were friendly, attentive, and VERY helpful. I created a special salad and the gal did an excellent job. Then the young lady who checked me out was VERY patient helping me log in on the app to take advantage of a birthday coupon. I'm eager to go back! By the way, the food was great! And at a great price!“

“4 Stars until I see management require their employees to put away their cell phones and wear such decent clothing, not look like you just filled out the bed and came to work. Also, everyone should be required to have hair nets and gloves on and available.“

Vegetarian options: They offer the Beyond Meat patties. I love this because my son is a Vegetarian and we can both enjoy a meal together here. ❤️“

“I stopped by this Subway and was really impressed by Hailee’s service. She’s super friendly, fast, and makes one of the best sandwiches I’ve had here. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job — especially impressive considering how young she is. Great attitude, great energy, and excellent customer service. Definitely a reason to come back!“

Jimmy John's quickly reached out regarding the situation trying to get details in order to take appropriate action! “I really only eat the breakfast burritos and street tacos but other people I dine with eat all the other stuff and it’s decent drive through Mexican food a little exterior clean up on the building and signs would be nice . The customer service is pretty good but there is sometimes a language barrier when ordering sides ect .“

“Its 3:40pm on Friday the 13th 2026. Did an online order and picked it up through drive through. The food is great as usual but my mistake was not checking the box. I did not get any fortune cookies or sauces. Must be too busy and didnt do quality checking.“
