Groggs has that small-town, home-cooking vibe that’s hard to find anymore. The food didn’t feel like typical “restaurant food” — it honestly tasted like a meal you’d get at home, hearty and made with care. Portions were generous, the flavors were spot on, and it left me satisfied without feeling like I just ate out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a cozy, laid-back feel that makes you want to stay a while. Perfect spot if you’re looking...
A surprising and delightful while coming through the price, the food was excellent. The staff was friendly. Some German themed dishes and their soups were extraordinary. It’s not an actual brewery. They do have beer on tap and a full bar, but I was a little taken back as if they weren’t a brewery but well worth the stopping nonetheless.
We stopped here for dinner on our way to Colorado. The food was very good with large portions. The best part for me was their extensive gluten free menu. For example any of the burgers, sandwiches or pizzas can be made gluten free.
