“My husband and I drove through town on our way to MOAB! As soon as I walked in I fell in love with Happiness Within, I definitely felt happy! My husband got a Regular coffee and I got the Van Halen, both are YUMMY!! We also ordered a snowflake cookie and a brownie cheesecake, both are so YUMMY!! “This is hands down the best restaurant in Carbon County. My friend and I went out to eat and split a $20 dinner because the portions are large and we were like where else can we have a high Quality 5 course meal for $10 each!! We've been members of the Country Club for probably 30 years and it's always our family go to place ! The scenery Is so beautiful- we take it for granted but it's really a beautiful looking our the window from the dining room. I'm very proud of our Country Club and they are very generous And treat guests very well!! it is open to the public nowadays and I had mixed feelings on that but I want them to be successful so it's a good thing! Bravo to the staff!! ps I don't know why my rating came out 4.3 it should be a 5 actually it should be a 6”

“The sushi here is great! Large portions and very inexpensive. The service is quick and your water stays full! Make sure to ask for dessert, the fried cheesecake was delicious!”

“Great Food! Let me start by saying the atmosphere is incredible old school cowboy feel, a lot of seating and EVERYTHING is made to order from scratch and it shows. So much good food. “I love the small town feel of the place. The servers are always polite and quick. The tacos and food are amazing so far. The fish tacos I really like the most as well as the street tacos. Definitely worth the trip.”

“Our sides came out 10 mins before the Steaks came out. The sides were cold. The steaks were more fat then meat. The waitress was good. we paid over 300 for our food and 3/4 of it went to the garbage. Was very good when it firsted open now it terrible. won't be back!!!”

“The word that comes to mind to describe this family eatery is clean. Clean ingredients most of all. But the dining area was uncommonly clean, and so were the restrooms. The young lady who took our order was both super friendly and efficient. I had the Italian Colosseum Sandwich, which was great. Someone at my table had the Very Berry Salad, which was gorgeous and tasted even better than it looked. Will definitely make a point to stop by whenever I drive through the area.”

He recommended different flavored teas to drink, when I said I didn’t want breakfast potatoes he suggested the grilled asparagus, which was awesome! The food was great and the service top notch! There were a lot of options to choose from and I settled for the burger and fries. The food was good, although not amazing. The restaurant is pretty big and has a wide, open layout with the bar area in the center. There is a whole other section in the back too. The service was a little slow as they were short handed, but they let us know that up front. The place was nice and clean and was overall a good place.”

The atmosphere is very hometown which is again amazing and adds to the food... if you ask me. Something I loved is we had Greek, cheese fries. French fries topped with their house dressing and feta. “recently held a celebration at Big Don's, everything was amazing. The whole restaurant is decorated with an old world charm, they've spent a lot of time working on the atmosphere which is incredible and the food and service is even better than the decor, it's definitely a great place that I would highly recommend. We have plans to hold our next celebration there also. Our guests and us highly enjoyed the food. We were able to reserve the back room, it has 3 large tables and 1 smaller table. The room has been decorated to look like it has a large tree growing inside the room which we used as a backdrop for the smaller table that held the 2 tier cake we had on display for desert. We were also allowed to bring in balloons and I put up a small amount of decorations that matched the theme of our celebration, it looked amazing! (The restaurant is so incredibly decorated that we didn't even really need to add additional decorations). If you're looking for great place to hold an event or even if you're just looking for good food Big Don's is definitely the perfect place!”
