Like another reviewer, I am very saddened by how this place has declined. It was my favorite cafe in salt lake valley for 8 years. But the last two years have been very disappointing. Firstly, I don't know how else to put this other than the service has become lackluster. Maybe this has something to do with how much the staff are paid, I have no idea, but all I know is the staff have become way less welcoming and overall seem to have their mind somewhere else/confused. I love this place, some of the best coffee in the SLC area in my opinion. The atmosphere is perfect for studying and the food is delicious. 9/10 the staff is super friendly! However there’s a lady with greenish/turquoise hair who took my order and did not seem like she wanted to be there at all, didn’t pay attention when I was ordering, and just tainted my experience. Still love 3 Cups though :)
Nice coffee shop with several nooks and seating areas. It was packed around 11 AM, and already sold out of breakfast. The coffee beverages were great, but expect longer than average wait times. Good place to chill if you’re not in a hurry.
