For nearly 25 years I have had the privilege of enjoying Paolo’s cooking. My favorite will always be gnocchi al Gorgonzola, but they have a limited menu at this location. Tonight I had spaghetti alla carbonara and it was delicious. Carmen’s hospitality was excellent as always.

i’ve been eyeing this place for weeks knowing it would be delicious and it has lived up to all of my expectations. perfect fresh pasta and the tiramisu was dummy. cant wait to come back as soon as possible

Fluffy wiggly lasagna.. lots of ricotta, some meat, good mild flavor, but pasta ? ~ no-bite texture left ... ? It was likly reheated since the center was not as warm as the edges...$17 + tip =$21 (No side) I mentioned the center being cool but got zero apology or dessert offer as I slowly walked away..
Some of the most authentic Italian food I’ve been able to find in the valley, and it’s incredible! Can’t wait to go back already. The sweetest couple run it; they come to check on you consistently and make such an effort to make sure you’re enjoying your meal and having a good experience.
