After wanted to get ice cream drove here to find out it is Closed down!!!! I was disappointed that it had not shown that on google maps. What a waste of time.

This place is closed down. Last week came here I was closed at 7pm still stuff inside. Now it's vacated.

This place was severely under staffed when I went. Yet the two workers managed to run the whole place efficiently and got everything out in minutes from when we walked in the door. Here is to hoping they hire some fresh talent and keep it up.

My wife and I ordered 2 Oreo blizzards and before we even left the parking lot, it was all over us. They did not make them well at all and did not give us to go like we asked. My wife has a nut allergy and they put nuts in her ice cream. Do not recommend ever. They could have sent my wife to the hospital.

Still dirty as the review stated last week. It takes 10 minutes to clean windows. Dirty ceiling tiles, boxes in the seating area, and the most depressing atmosphere. Wish I had gone elsewhere, but promised Blizzards. They were out of many items and couldn't make most food items. Employee playing on phone instead cleaning dirty tables. The saddest DQ experience ever. No pride in this location.

I was shocked that this Dairy Queen was functioning… They have no food, half the ice cream products are gone and the inside looks like it’s in shambles. It honestly looks like it’s going out of business and they just don’t care. Was very disappointed in my experience at this location !!

It’s a Dairy Queen so never going to get 5 stars in my book but a well run Dairy Queen with good management so if you’re going to go to a Dairy Queen … go to this one.

Attended the Holladay Dairy Queen last week. Absolutely filthy! The window front looked like they were smeared with a dirty diaper! The floors and walls looked like a toilet overflowed and smelled like it too. They no longer had food nor cakes. Only 1 staff member plus the owner. I ordered ice cream cones and the machine looked disgusting! Fortunately I gave them to my dogs. The owner never said a word. I could no longer take the smell and told a family with a baby that it was unsafe. Almost threw up in the car. You would think Holladay City would have higher standards! They definitely need the health department to inspect! Please don’t go. McDonalds has the ice cream cones and they are cheaper!
We’ve made the drive here multiple times and though it says it’s open online, it has not been. There’s always a sign on the door that says they are closed due to staffing, or only serving certain things, or the lobby is closed etc. They need to update the hours online at the very least so that people don’t waste time driving here. I’m not really sure how they’re still in business at all with how they’re never open.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Someone needs to know how to clean, specifically clean windows. Randomly closed on various days and times... you cannot count on this place being open. When open, they do not have a full menu nor many of their Blizzard flavors. This location is actually an embarrassment to DQ. Could be a gold mine, but the owner is letting this run into the ground.

Don’t bother coming here. They will probably be closed.I want to come here but every time I try to get food but it always closes before posted close closing time. I wanted to get a small ice cream a little after 8:15p but the store was already dark, locked and the person behind the counter indicated it was closed, even though the hours of operation posted on the store say 8:30p and Google says it is open until 10p. This happens every time I visit this location.

Either they need to reopen this place or just shut it down it is an inoperable establishment and a waste of people’s time. I used to love coming here for whatever was on the menu but now they just close up shop whenever and only serve one thing. As a fast food CHAIN I would expect a lot more but the company continues to hog the property instead of letting another company in the lot.
