I’ve been to many Thai restaurants and wow! This is so so amazing. Possibly the best panang I’ve ever had. I got a .5 spice and it was perfect in flavor. Looking forward to coming back again whenever I’m in the area.

I feel somewhat bad leaving this review, because Fab Bistro really is a cute restaurant and they do work hard to do well. But, for whatever reason there are those nights when the cook really doesn’t know what he / she is doing. So I will say first that I have not tried 95% of the dishes thus cannot comment on those. But I have tried the Pad Thai and orange chicken. Twice the orange chicken has been like shoe leather or tougher. I feel like the chicken dries out over course of days and gets reused again with a sweeter and sweeter sauce until it’s like hard candy. I threw out my dinner and made my own orange chicken, it was absolutely delicious, tender, not too sweet, probably better than most Thai restaurants. Their Pad Thai is fine, could stand to be better. I will try their other dishes to be fair to them. Running a restaurant and trying to keep everybody happy is probably the most difficult job out there, I’m sure.
