What is there not to love about Fed Up Kitchen!!! I pick up twice a week fresh delicious meals and it’s helping me reach my protein intake daily! I use my protein muffin as my pre workout and energy bites for my mid day car snack. I’m so glad I have decided to invest in me and my body. Thank you Michelle and Holly for always being so supportive and fun to talk too at pick up. 🫶😊
