High quality service and food. Love the quaint atmosphere. We love the menu tasting as well as the regular menu ordering. I highly recommend eating there twice and doing both. One of our favorite places for fine dining. Valet parking available.

I want to thank Franck's Restaurant for making my Wife's birthday memorable. I was recommended this restaurant by word of mouth from a colleague and I am happy to say the experience was fantastic for our first visit. We tried the Brioche Bread Rolls and an order of the Three Cheese Fondue for starters. Both tasted amazing and had a flair completely their own. I preferred the bread rolls with the soft butter as they were soft, flaky and really not what I expected, in a good way.The fondue was great in it's own right, came in a special setup that had a lit flame underneath to keep it warm, it was paired with bread and a dipping utincil. Had a nice sharp taste with the fondue being melty on the pieces of bread.I tried the Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese and Herb Emuision. It was an interesting take on soup where the complexity of it changed the taste of the soup as I was eating it. The goat cheese was fairly prevalent throughout but I found that the flavors made for a tangy tango for my taste buds.We tried the Roasted Ranger Valley Waygu Coulotte as the main dish. This was absolutely fantastic. The taste of the meat was to die for, the only thing that comes to mind to describe it as almost like eating a super rich piece of chocolate cake, where it is almost too much to eat it too fast, in which it is best to savor it bite by bite. The flavor when mixed with the Wasabi sauce or the caramelized onions was absolutely amazing. Finally the desert they brought to my wife, in which we shared. The Parmesan Ice Cream. This was so rich and creamy, it paired well with caramel sauce, what looked like caramel pop corn and rosemary flakes that were included in the dish. This was an experience I will never forget. The pairings of ingredients went so well with each other. It finished off as an absolute masterpiece.I want to thank our server Wendy for making our night memorable by being funny and keeping my wife entertained when you came by with some friendly jokes and conversation. I noticed how you and the staff were prompt in your service whether it be with working with our food allergies with the chef, setup of a dish, cleanup after we finished a dish or just came by to fill the water glass. 5 star service in my opinion. This was definitely an experience to remember. Kudos to the chef and the rest of the staff for making this memorable, you have a wonderful restaurant and we would love to dine here again soon.Parking: Free valet parking, friendly staff.

Absolutely incredible! Jeff and his team were incredible. Ambience was absolutely amazing what they’re doing in that kitchen with flavors who would think white chocolate and potatoes were a dish but holy cow they were incredible and who would think Parmesan ice cream would ever taste as incredible as it does there’s an amazing staff you’ll never feel more at home than you do here.

I’m Mark Henderson. I came here with my spouse tonight and almost cried over how good the cod burger was. The apricot cake to follow was equally incredible. The service was the quality you’d expect from a place of this caliber: quick, attentive, and pleasant. We will certainly be coming back.

The food is very unique, definitely caters to the culinary adventurer. Not really a romantic environment and the service definitely was not performed with love, joy, or kindness. Celebrated our anniversary here and had some

Had a wonderful night at Franck's tonight. The food was excellent. This was the fanciest place I'd ever been to, and I can tell you the dishes are worth it. Each dish was an experience. Thanks Chef!

Everything was perfect - we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There isn't enough adjectives to properly describe and express how delicious everything was. Chef Perkins is a food magician!! Can't wait to go back!

The ambiance at Franck's is really cozy, with a beautiful dining room and lighting. The service was excellent and the food was even better. This was my first time at the restaurant and I would love to come back with more friends.

Francks is our favorite restaurant to celebrate big events such as our anniversary or a birthday! The restaurant feels like a nice cozy home and the people there are friendly and personable. The restaurant itself is warm and inviting. It is a smaller place so be sure to make a reservation beforehand. Francks always has delicious and out of the box food combinations that are exciting to experience! I have always had a wonderful experience at Francks! This restaurant is expensive but worth it.

My husband took me here for their Valentine's Day set menu. It was a fantastic experience. We were seated right away, even though we were probably twenty minutes early. The ambiance was lovely, all the staff were just the right amount of attentive, and every single course on the menu was delicious. One unanticipated pleasure was not having to choose anything or make any decisions--we just sat back and let them bring us what was being served. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't beautifully presented, complex, and supremely delicious. The entire evening couldn't have been more perfect, right down to the valet recognizing us when we came out and bringing our car right up. Such a lovely evening. We'll definitely be back. Sincerest thanks again to everyone at Franck's for such a delightful experience!

The Chef is a creative genius! The pre fixe menus are always amazing, and you'll be guaranteed to try new mixes of flavors you've never tried before! The depth and complexity of flavors is absolutely incredible. This is our favorite special occasion restaurant. Also, in addition to their wines and cocktails, they make really stellar mocktails too!

Food was exquisite and delicious I was worried about the amount of food but we both left full and more than satisfied. The different taste and different elements of each dish was like a dance on your taste buds.

Wonderful experience all around each time I’ve been. Excellent staff and service, intimate environment and one of the more well thought out menus in the Salt Lake area. It’s crystal clear that the chef puts a lot of thought and love into every creation. The ingredients used in each dish seem to complement one another and serve a distinct, intentional purpose. As someone who has no form of culinary training, that’s the only way I can describe it - perfectly balanced and delicious. I’m excited to experience more of the menu soon.
