This is a fantastic place to eat with a wide variety of options! They even have a special section for Italian foods, featuring the amazing Marsicani Extra Virgin olive oil, which has won numerous international awards. I highly recommend trying it out!

Ordered a caprese sandwich. Got something on the wrong bread with no mozzarella or basil. My husband ordered a feta tomato and there was no feta and his bread was also wrong.
ETA: This was at the Holladay location. We did get a refund before we left. We went to this location because the SLC location told us they were out of basil.
The pasta was great, and so was the service!
We were able to choose from several food options. I had the BBQ food booth. Others were Italian. Sushi. Chilean. Granato food mall. Granato booth was closed when we went.
Good food friendly service
We were the only customers and waited like 25 minutes for our food. The kids working behind the counter literally looked like they were doing nothing the majority of the time. Came out half way and said they didnāt have one of the items on a sandwich and delayed our food even longer. Didnāt even end up tasting very good. Just going to stick with Caputos from now on

Food was not good. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't exactly bad, but this was not a $12 sandwich. The taste was closer to something you'd expect from a gas station prepackaged deal rather than a deli "made fresh" service.
Service was okay, but the kid at the front didn't seem very knowledgeable or even to be paying attention when I spoke to him. Atmosphere is... Eh, it's kind of like being in a small school cafeteria.
Honestly take the money you would have spent here and go literally anywhere else. Unsatisfied and not coming back.

What a poor experience Granatoās set up for their customers at the 2024 Italian Festival at The Gateway. Unfortunately (even though it was the first day of the festival at about 4pm on a Saturday) they had a very limited menu, because numerous items had āsold outā. Both my friend and I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and both of us agreed that it was the worst bowl of spaghetti weāve ever eaten. Granatoās I hope you do better for the next one - festivals like this could make or break return customer business to your brick and mortar location on future dates.
Love the new layout. Great for work lunch with many options.

Arrived yesterday 3:45 pm. No one at any 3 of the food counters; stood in front of the register over 5 mins before someone sitting several tables away came over asking if I was ready.
Requested tuna sandwich (on the menu), they don't make that anymore. Asked for Pallollo (sp?) panini, they were out of the meat. Found something they did have ingredients for (although they had to verify with worker who'd been hanging out back with the door open), who then prepared my sandwich.
Did not follow proper food handling protocol (although he did wear gloves, he did not have a hat or a hairnet on.)
Food was fine, although overpriced for what it was. Quite disappointed with the experience & likely will not be back.
