Happened to stop by because I parked next door. I had never been here before and am so glad I found it! I bought a handful of different items as a “thank you” to my mom and she was absolutely delighted with how high quality the pastries were. The woman who greeted me was so kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. Will absolutely be back for more goodies!

Leslie's is a classic bakery that's a can't-miss stop in Holladay. Our family has been enjoying their chocolate rum cakes and rum balls for decades. When you enter, you'll be greeted with the unmistakable smell of a bakery that makes countless delectable tasty treats. In addition to their amazing little cakes, they offer cookies, eclairs, breads, and other baked goods that all look delicious. This place has the feel of a vintage bakery and everyone is really helpful - and patient with someone like me who just can't decide and needs to fill a box with a large variety!

I loved coming here as a kid and now as an adult! The pastries are great, especially the eclairs and the napoleons.

This place hands down has the best eclairs, cookies, and fresh bread! I am lucky to have found this little gem on the east side. I love coming here for a little treat even if it’s a cheat it’s so worth it! Great people they are so welcoming as soon as you come in.

Best chocolate eclairs in Utah. Oh sure, they have other things that are also amazing.

20240209: Leslie's is where my mother's side of the family gets their birthday cakes for the last two generations. The family favorite is raspberry mint chocolate.

My cake was falling apart after 10 minutes of receiving it. First the top part of the cake then the whole top half just slid off. We tried to call to get a new cake (for a birthday) or a refund but they would not help us at all. Very frustrating.

My 30$ rum cake was absolutely the most dry, box-cake like pastry I purchased from anywhere, ever. Then, we took it back for a " fresh, baked today one," and the result was the same. Cut into it and it falls apart like a mexican wedding cookie. No stars if I could put that.

I suggest you install a couple of little tables and chairs and a coffee machine so customers can sit and enjoy their purchases on site...and then purchsse more to go.

Their pineapple rum chocolate cake is marvelous. We used to get this cake at Glaus Bakery. Leslie's has perfected this cake as well.

Chocolate Rum cake with pineapple filling has been a family birthday cake tradition for decades. Sadly, the new owner just doesn't have the magic. Cake was dry, stale, pineapple filling nonexistent and the yummy rum buttercream frosting...the highlight of the cake is now a disgusting lardy or cheap butter thick fudge (and not in a good way)...Mom just spent over $100 for my Dad's 88th and we are done until they step up their game. Such a shame, we love supporting local businesses.

I was so sad when I learned Glaus bakery in Sugarhouse closed few years ago, taking their chocolate rum pineapple cake with them. I recently discovered Leslie's and was excited to see they also offer chocolate rum pineapple cake, so decided to give them a try.First, the girls at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The pastry was pretty good, though there was something about it that felt not fully satisfying to me. I haven't been able to pinpoint it: It seemed a bit dry? I'm not sure if that was the cake itself needed to be more dense, or if it needed more filling. Or it may have been the chocolate sprinkles. The buttercream frosting was lovely.I also can't pass up a mint brownie, and found Leslie's to be very good. The mint frosting was creamy and not overly minty, and the chocolate ganache layer was a nice finish.I'll probably come back for another sometime and (and to try something new).

Bought four different pastries excited to finally try this local bakery. Truly disappointed as they were all inedible. Some people must not have taste buds? Complete waste of money. Sad.
