We had 10 items on the tasting menu. You first notice the quality of each menu item. The service includes descriptions and explanations of each menu item. By the time you get to the 7th item, you really start to think you're full, but it's so good you continue forward to the end of the menu and you're rewarded with a special desert. The food was terrific as was the service.

I rented a place in Cottonwood Heights for 6 weeks and was lucky to have found this place the first week. This food is as good as any I've had, including Taiwan. Jennifer is the managers name and she runs a tight ship. I've had 4 different servers, everyone as good as the other. I've been 4 times in 3 weeks and can't wait to come back again.

We were blown away by the creativity of the chef. Just about every dish was unlike anything we’d ever had before and absolutely delicious. The jalapeño hamachi and the salmon belly were particular standouts but everything was incredible.
