I hadn’t been to this restaurant for many years. Tonight we tried two dinner combinations. The chicken with snow peas, beef chow mien, ham fried rice, fried shrimp, cream cheese wontons, hot and sour soup and egg drop soup were all great and much better than I remember them being in the past. In fact the only item that I didn’t think was excellent was the egg roll. It had a bit of an odd flavor. Service was friendly and the prices were fair.

The atmosphere is calm, quiet, clean, and hosting multiple televisions with (stereotypical?) Chinese scenes such as planting rice, and bamboo forests.The food seems to be so-so but a very good price for the quantity. We enjoyed their more savory options but didn't like the lemon chicken. It's cheap enough that it's worth visiting multiple times and trying dishes until you find something you really love.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! The staff are always so friendly and I feel like they really care about their customers. We have done both dine-in and take-out services. Each time the food has always been fresh and you get a good amount of food for your buck! I can't recommend Mountain City enough!

Good food, great price for generous portions. Everyone in our dinner party ordered a combo meal which was a complete meal. If you see an item on the menu which is not a combo meal, just ask what the cost would be to have your desired item as a combo. They will let you know.
