Papa Murphy's almost always delivers quality, reliably good food. They don't short on toppings. Staff typically friendly. Wish the app functioned better. The edit function doesn't work, and they've received the wrong order on multiple occasions.

Amazing crust and balance or sauce and toppings. Pan pizza cam out buttery and flaky by watching the pizza during their included instructions. The pizza was ready before the website said and they did community events, they had some holiday donation boxes for drop offs. Engaging employees who genuinely wanted to help and make pizza.

We love the gluten free pizzas and love their service!Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Our favorite thing to order is their gluten free pizzas of which they have numerous options. We also love the discounts they offer for ordering online

Only complaint is watch your receipt, cashier doesn't always make correction for some of the specials that they have running? Twice i have had to get corrections for not getting the right price ? ? ?
Coming to this location is one of my favorites it's open till 9:00 pm, most days and the pizza is on point. I would suggest coming here for a unique bake your own pizza!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this place so I just want to pitch in with my experiences. I love this place because:1. It's so easy to order online and so easy to find coupons to bring down the cost.2. They have never messed up my orders and have never been late to have my pizza prepared for pick up. Which is cool because I think I've been to this location at least 30 times. I'm not sure about their costumer service, because I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for easy to order pizza that is freakishly delicious. Just order online, you'll be happy.

Love getting the $10 NY XL thin crust pizza here and adding our own additional toppings to it. Such an easy dinner. Their salads are over priced so we buy the cheap bag salads to pair with the pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered an NYXL Pepperoni pizza online for pickup. I have ordered from PM's hundreds of times but today, at this location, the pizza was awful! There was hardly any sauce or cheese on it. It tasted like I was eating crust and pepperoni. Never again!
These folks do not answer their phone. Pizza is ok but service is bad.

The Papa Murphy's place on 2300 East is on my way home from the office. If I need something quick and easy I call home and get someone to warm up the oven. Then stop and pick up either a Cowboy or a Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza. Tuff choice. 10 minutes after I get home I am enjoying some great pizza.

Very good quality ingredients, great pizza and nice staff. But they need to work on consistency. Lately the "thin crust" has been paper thin with lots of holes. The regular has been what I would consider thing crust. Cheese and sauce has been very inconsistent as well.
