Silver Moon Taqueria is my favorite food truck in the business! Absolute mouth watering dishes rom family recipes & hand crafted plates. Plus their service is so dialed in, they make you feel like you are their one and only customer - there to please. And boy do they deliver (figuratively and cateringatively lol). Went to a wedding reception that used this business for catering and was shocked at their presentation (or lack there of). The catering staff showed up over an hour late and were very unpleasant and unprofessional. The food was burned and wasn’t good at all.
