The service was abhorrently slow, like high end restaurant slow. And the atmosphere was also very uninviting and cold.. at least the food was pretty good?

I had a fantastic experience working with the owner, Robb, to design a catering order for a lunch with 45 people. Robb communicated with me to work within my budget while still making sure we got the foods we were most excited to have on the menu. Robb and Olivia even made a custom salad for my wife who loves eating artichoke hearts! We got a great value for the quality of the food and could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. I definitely hope to have Bagel Project cater a future event for us!

I stumbled upon this place and tried their B-BLT on an Asiago Bagel. It was amazing. I brought my wife back for a breakfast date after dropping our daughter off at school. This time I had a garlic with plain cream cheese. My wife had the special with a garlic bagel and added artichoke hearts. Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The place has a chill vibe with good background music. Give this place a try if you have the opportunity.

Fun and polite staff, excellent quality food, ordered the GOAT sandwich and a Lox Bailey Bagel. Pro tip add artichoke hearts to the GOAT. Happy to have the best bagels in UT here!

The environment created by a staff members on the phone and in person is so unwelcoming. Seriously time to consider some new staff or training on how to have basic manners or respect.

I have been to this location 3 times and every time some part of my order has come out incorrect. After my experience with one guy working today I doubt I will be back. The bagels are good when they finally give you what you order or have it available.

Ordered, no food 50 minutes later. Asked where the order was and they said they lost the order. They would not give a refund. Stated a manager was not on for the day. No offer to make it right. Terrible service

Sloooooow. Order two bagels with cream cheese and it took 20min. Ran out of one flavor and was not notified of substitution. Bagels were dry and hard. Wasn’t that busy either, no line. Too bad. Was excited to have this location. Won’t be back.

Also love the downtown location. This one is not even close.

Sold out of the bagel I chose, asked for second option toasted. What I asked for wasn’t toasted.

Came in and ordered a 4 bagels, there's two people working and there was someone behind me. He ordered a few bagels and got his, one of the employees just sat down for their lunch and I'm waiting for my bagels. I'm just confused, I Can't understand how or why they made his order first and why the employee decided now was the time to take a break. Good bagels but uncomfortable service. There was just me and the other customer and I've been waiting for over ten minutes now while he's long gone. Just a weird experience

The egg & bacon bagel sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in awhile. Since living in New York, this is the closest thing I’ve found to that level of quality

This is my favorite bagel place. A little pricier but the portions are pretty huge compared to similarly priced and similarly popular bagel shops. You get, in my opinion, pretty amazing value if you just buy a baker's dozen. I'm a huge fan of their lox bagel sandwich.
