My meat eating team member and I went here for a work lunch. There were plenty of delicious options available for us both, including multiple vegan or veganizable breakfast options. I got the vegan Popeye Omelette with spinach, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, hash browns, and sourdough toast.

Uncle Jeffi’s in Utah is a cozy and casual spot that serves up comforting Thai dishes with a twist, alongside classic Western breakfast favorites.

I tried the Kow Munn Gai Tord & Sweet Chili Sauce the chicken was perfectly fried with a crunchy coating and juicy inside. The garlic rice was flavorful and fragrant, and the sweet chili sauce added a nice kick. It’s a satisfying Thai-style comfort dish that hits the spot.

I also ordered the pancakes, which were soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet — a great contrast to the savory dish. The butter melted beautifully on top, making it a simple but tasty addition to the meal.

Service was quick, and the atmosphere is chill — great for brunch or an easy lunch. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving Thai flavors with a laid-back vibe.

Nice diner with fresh colors. They have many options, but substitutions and/or add-ons can be pricey to veganize a dish. I ordered the “Garden Hash” which is hash browns and vegetables ($13). I added tofu ($3), vegan sausage patty ($5), vegan cheese ($2) and vegan egg ($2). The total was $25. It was really good except I didn’t like the egg flavor nor texture. It was a house recipe; I don’t know what it was made from. I wish it was a pre-made JUST Egg brand instead. I would definitely come back, though!😄

Came here today with my fiends, got some really good breakfast and the wait wasn’t long at all. Staff was very nice, place was clean, and prices were nice too. All of us enjoyed our food and enjoyed our experience. I’d love to come by again some time and would for sure tell others to stop by too.

Fantastic food but service hear was atrocious. Had to get my own napkins and silverware, and flag down someone for a water refill. Was bizarre opposite experience from 99% of the incredible service at every other Thai establishment I’ve been to.

Great food but I’ve had much better service at Dennys.

I love the unique fusion of a menu . So many vegan, gf, vegetarian options! Everything I’ve had is yummy. It’s a great walkable location if you live in the area. They do great with large groups. THEIR TEA SELECTION IS AWESOME.

Nice idea of being vegan-friendly but veganizing menu items wildly inflates prices by 30-40% (for example, +$5 for a tiny vegan patty is NOT justifiable). Servers were friendly but we needed to constantly ask and wait and wait for drink/water refills and the food was only so so. There are other options in town that don't feel like upcharge central.

I thought the food was kind of bland. They make a vegan sausage from scratch (at least it seemed so) , but it didn't remind me of any sausage I've had. For the price, I would have much rather waited for Blue plate or Vertical to open.

We have had Saturday brunch here twice and really enjoyed it each time. I got the basic breakfast the first time and the Thai omelet the second. Both were excellent - their breakfast potatoes are top notch. But I especially enjoyed the omelet, which was like a delicate souffle with a light coconut flavor. Loved it. I got it with tofu and it was really good. My husband got a Denver omelet the first time, which he said was very good, and Eggs Benedict the second, which he reported as excellent. He is a former fine restaurant chef and very picky about Hollandaise, but he approved.
