Seen this place from time to time while driving so decided to pop in and give it a try. Upon browsing the menu, the Thai breakfast section caught my attention as well as the vegan and vegetarian options. I’ve always been a fan of Thai food but never tried Thai breakfast and I was also a vegetarian for 3 years so the menu caught my interest quickly. I decided to order the Kai Jeaw Moo Sup. Best way I can try to describe it is like a fried egg omelette cooked with mushrooms, minced pork and red onion garnished atop with shredded carrot and cilantro served respectfully over a bed of jasmine rice with a side of this red sauce that has a mini kick of spice. The portion was generous and the flavor was amazing to the taste! And also paired well with a coffee 🤙🏼 I love that this breakfast entree comes with rice as well as I grew up eating rice with every meal in my household 🙏🏼 Another thing that’s nice is they have house made kombucha here! Can’t wait to try more of their Thai breakfast dishes for sure. They also have what appears to be traditional American breakfast as well which is nice and the lunch and appetizers look good as well. Will definitely come back for more and I for sure can recommend this place especially the dish I got today 🙏🏼

I love this place. We came here for the first time right after it opened and it quickly became a favorite breakfast staple. I love Thai food and my husband loves a classic American diner style breakfast. It’s nice to have a spot where we can get both and it’s on the healthier side, reasonably priced and consistent. We’ve come here w a group of hungry adults too and it was a hit.
Service is always friendly and accommodating. Favorites include: the stack, Anny good start, Thai omelet and Thai fried egg. Lunch options are great too - like the Rueben - get the onion rings!
Oh and they have a house made hot sauce that slaps!

My meat eating team member and I went here for a work lunch. There were plenty of delicious options available for us both, including multiple vegan or veganizable breakfast options. I got the vegan Popeye Omelette with spinach, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, hash browns, and sourdough toast.

Uncle Jeffi’s in Utah is a cozy and casual spot that serves up comforting Thai dishes with a twist, alongside classic Western breakfast favorites.

I tried the Kow Munn Gai Tord & Sweet Chili Sauce the chicken was perfectly fried with a crunchy coating and juicy inside. The garlic rice was flavorful and fragrant, and the sweet chili sauce added a nice kick. It’s a satisfying Thai-style comfort dish that hits the spot.

I also ordered the pancakes, which were soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet — a great contrast to the savory dish. The butter melted beautifully on top, making it a simple but tasty addition to the meal.

Service was quick, and the atmosphere is chill — great for brunch or an easy lunch. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving Thai flavors with a laid-back vibe.

Nice diner with fresh colors. They have many options, but substitutions and/or add-ons can be pricey to veganize a dish. I ordered the “Garden Hash” which is hash browns and vegetables ($13). I added tofu ($3), vegan sausage patty ($5), vegan cheese ($2) and vegan egg ($2). The total was $25. It was really good except I didn’t like the egg flavor nor texture. It was a house recipe; I don’t know what it was made from. I wish it was a pre-made JUST Egg brand instead. I would definitely come back, though!😄

Came here today with my fiends, got some really good breakfast and the wait wasn’t long at all. Staff was very nice, place was clean, and prices were nice too. All of us enjoyed our food and enjoyed our experience. I’d love to come by again some time and would for sure tell others to stop by too.

Fantastic food but service hear was atrocious. Had to get my own napkins and silverware, and flag down someone for a water refill. Was bizarre opposite experience from 99% of the incredible service at every other Thai establishment I’ve been to.

Great food but I’ve had much better service at Dennys.

I love the unique fusion of a menu . So many vegan, gf, vegetarian options! Everything I’ve had is yummy. It’s a great walkable location if you live in the area. They do great with large groups. THEIR TEA SELECTION IS AWESOME.
