I used to work for the current manager, McKay, and I cannot speak highly enough about this man. When I was too poor to afford basic needs, he looked out for me more then a normal fast food manager would have. Every time I see him he's just as kind as I remember. A lovely and funny guy to be around in general, and absolutely the best manager I've ever worked for. So much respect and admiration for this guy. Needs a raise and solid Jimmy John salute. ?
Maybe slow down a little and take the whole order…. Sure you’re supposed to be ‘freaky fast’ but getting my order wrong every time I come in isn’t fast. This location sucks
Extremely disappointed with tonights order. Paid dang near $10 for one single sandwich to get the tiniest bit of meat (4 slices). We tried this sandwich a few days ago and loved it, ordered the exact same way (minus the “EZ glaze”) but it was double the size, so we placed another order. I understand we ordered near closing time but that doesn’t change the price we pay or the expectation of the item we purchased. This is just lazy and not okay. Consistency is key for success...
