Drive through did not have a long line, but was asked to pull ahead to wait after ordering (which was fine), but then waited about 10 minutes for our food…left..then realized our meal was missing eggs. I tried calling the store couple times to let them know and the # listed online just rings and then disconnects.
Everything was fine :)
I didn't eat hear. I was going to, but the bathroom had no soap and none of the hand sanitizer stations had sanitizer. You know the employees are using those bathrooms. I would rather not have the $#/t5 today.

McDonald's offers a 5-star experience with friendly and helpful service, making customers feel welcome and cared for. The staff is proactive in cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, and the dining and play areas are kept clean. Self-serve fountain drinks are still available. Recent reviews mention that food can sometimes be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing issues with fries and drinks. One customer noted that their food was hot and ready in under 5 minutes, with correct orders, showing that improvements have been made. The restaurant is known for good cell service and decent WiFi, making it a convenient spot for a quick meal or snack. Sometimes the lobby is closed, and the drive-thru can get busy, but nearby alternatives like Big Al's offer great food at similar prices and speed. Customers have shared experiences of waiting in line, but ordering through the app and picking up inside often results in quick service. Overall, McDonald's provides a pleasant dining environment with attentive staff and a clean space. Some customers ride their bikes here to hang out with friends, although a manager's rudeness about bikes has been noted.
