“If you're ever in Kanab, UT, and don't stop by Giff's, you're basically a BBQ traitor. I mean, their BBQ is so good, it'll make you wanna slap your mama. I had the brisket, peppered pork ribs, Dutch potatoes, and peach cobbler, and let me tell you, it was all ridiculously delicious. The meat just fell off the bone, the brisket was juicy and smoky, and the cobbler was the perfect cherry on top. As a Texan, I know good BBQ, and I'm here to tell you, Giff's is the real deal. I'd endorse it any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.“

“This place is very nice, but to eat here you need to catch a coach bus dining here. They cater to larger tour bus groups, but you're allowed to come on in and join during that time. It's inside the little Hollywood museum, which is also really nice to walk around and check out.“
