What an incredible hidden gem in this small town. Tucked behind the Raven's Heart Gallery is the most incredible VEGAN TACO TRUCK.Several delicious options including soyrizo, an amazing bbq soy curls filling, a classic fajita and the newest addition, the Aye Papi grilled potato and bean taco served with Just in Queso dipping sauce. The nachos are a Must Try item - the cheese is melty and gooey and has the most delightful subtle nacho spice to it.Wash down your tacos with a glass bottle Mexican coke, and enjoy the conversation at the communal picnic tables.So so so happy to have this food option in town.

We are originally from Texas but now live here in Kanab. These are spot on Austin style street tacos! They are incredibly flavorful and served to perfection. They offer a 3 tacos for $10 meal deal on Sundays so my husband and I were able to try all 4 tacos on the menu by sharing. We can't decide which we loved the best because they were all absolutely scrumptious! Also, the queso is delicious! Don't walk, run to this food truck!

Unexpected find in small town while travelling between Zion and Grand Canyon. Currently located behind an Art gallery with a couple of picnic tables for seating. Small menu, we tried each of the 4 tacos and they were all delicious. Great service, well priced and all available Gluten free

Kanab needs ten more Coyote tacos; be it trucks or brick & mortar. We’re lucky to have them and I hope they stick around a long, long time. Their nachos are my favorite, my fiancé’s favorite is all the things. ♥️♥️ You just can’t go wrong!

Delicious vegan taco truck. Their nachos have a really creamy vegan nacho cheese. I love trying their specialty tacos especially the flower power made with hibiscus flowers. They have tables in the back parking lot with string lights. This makes a nice area to hang out in and socialize. Highly recommend stopping by when they're open.

Incredible tacos you don't have to be vegan to enjoy! Delicious toppings and options. I love adding the taco toppings to the nachos to create the best meal imaginable! My favorite foods always need to have a variety of flavor in a single bite and these tacos go beyond! So good!

Hands down the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed! The queso is out of this world good. After a long day of traveling, Coyote Sky Tacos was such a welcome treat. The Nacho Mama was my fave, and my 11-month old son enjoyed the food too! ❤️
